Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to ?Akme Star Housing Finance Private Limited? vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 23 2009. Further the Company was converted into public limited company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 13 2009.KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANYMarch 17 2005 - The company was incorporated as Akme Buildhome Private Limited.December 24 2009 - On August 31 2009 the Company applied for the license from National Housing Bank where the license no. 08.0076.09 was granted to the Company on the December 24 2009.November 13 2009- The Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 13 2009.
