The Delhi High Court has ruled in favour of Kairosoft AI Solutions Limited, quashing an Income Tax order passed under Section 148A(d) and the consequential notice issued under Section 148 for assessment year (AY) 2016-17. The court passed its order on September 29, 2026, allowing the writ petition filed by the company against the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Circle 31, Delhi. The court held that the reassessment proceedings were barred by limitation and quashed the order dated August 30, 2024, passed under Section 148A(d) of the Income Tax Act, along with the consequential notice issued under Section 148.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has provided an update on the commencement of its AI infrastructure order for IBM Cloud Inc. The order is valued at US$15.5 Million, equivalent to approximately Rs 147 crore, and was awarded by IBM Cloud Inc. to Blue Cloud Softech Solutions' wholly-owned US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc. The fixed-fee contract covers the end-to-end design, deployment, security, monitoring and support of an AI infrastructure environment in New Jersey, USA.
Inox Green Energy Services Limited has successfully completed the payment for the transfer of Wind World India’s 4.5 GW Wind Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business. The company has completed the payment of Rs.550 crore, inclusive of taxes, through its subsidiary, Vibhav Energy Private Limited (VEPL), as part of the implementation of the Resolution Plan. Inox Green’s O&M portfolio stands at approximately 13.3 GWp as of June 2026, including the WWIL portfolio and a separate ~2 GW wind O&M acquisition held as an investment.
