Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Review the following conditions to understand how rewards are earned and processed under our demat account referral program.

  1. Eligibility Requirements

    Referrers must hold an active Choice demat and trading account in good standing. Both individual and non-individual clients can participate with no age restrictions for individual account holders maintaining operational accounts with trading privileges. Referees must be new to Choice with no existing PAN card or contact information in our database, and must meet SEBI and depository requirements for demat account opening.

  2. Referral Link Usage and Validation

    Your referee must use your unique referral link or code during account opening. Accounts opened through any other channels without your referral link will not qualify. The system tracks link usage automatically for accurate attribution. For successful referral validation, the referee must complete their first login to the Choice FinX app using the same device used during the account opening process.

  3. Reward Eligibility and Processing

    You earn flat ₹200 per referral when your referee opens their demat & trading account and completes KYC. Referral reward is applicable only for the first five qualifying referrals per calendar month. The reward will be credited to your ledger for your trading account when you meet the qualifying referral criteria. Rewards for all qualifying referrals in a calendar month are compiled and credited within the first week of the next month.

  4. Monthly Referral Cap

    The maximum referral reward you can earn in a calendar month is ₹1,000 (for 5 qualifying referrals). There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to, but only five qualifying referrals in a calendar month are eligible for rewards. Additional qualifying referrals beyond five in a month do not carry forward.

  5. Nature of Rewards

    Referral rewards of ₹200 per qualifying referral are credited directly to your ledger in your trading account. They are not brokerage adjustments and are not tied to your trading activity.

  6. Program Modifications and Validity

    Choice reserves the right to modify the referral reward structure, terms, or to discontinue the program without prior notice. Referrals already in process will not be affected.

  7. Fair Participation Guidelines

    All referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. Self-referrals using alternate identities, false information, or system manipulation will result in forfeiture of pending rewards and may lead to account suspension. Choice monitors referral activity to maintain program integrity.

  8. Dispute Resolution and Queries

    For questions on referral tracking or reward processing, contact our support team via the Choice FinX app, email, or phone. All disputes and queries are reviewed within 7 working days. Management decisions on referral eligibility and reward processing are final and binding.
