Yes, Indian companies can open Demat and Trading accounts too. These are called Corporate Demat/Trading accounts.
Below is the procedure to open corporate demat accounts,
  • 1. Fill Corporate Demat account forms
  • 2. KYC forms of each account holder
  • 3. Aadhar and Photos of account holders (signed)
  • 4. Pan Card copies of each account holder and company
  • 5. Address proofs of each account holder and company
  • 6. Cancelled cheques of account holders or last 3 months bank statement
  • 7. Balance sheet of the partnership of last 2 FY (new companies will have to provide IT returns declaration
  • 8. Duly filled annexures
  • 9. FATCA Declaration
Below documents are required for a corporate demat account,
