
Deepa Jewellers’ Rs.459.72 crore IPO received a 87% subscription on the first day of bidding. The issue saw comparatively stronger participation from retail investors. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs.250 crore and an Offer for Sale of up to Rs.209.72 crore by promoters Ashish Agarwal and Seema Agarwal. The company plans to use the fresh issue proceeds mainly for debt repayment, capital expenditure and general corporate purposes.

Farm Peace is entering the primary market with a fresh issue of approximately Rs 32 crore. The company plans to primarily use the proceeds to meet its incremental working capital requirements, while a portion will be allocated towards general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses. Financially, the company reported growth in revenue and profit in FY26, while its EBITDA margin improved compared with the previous year.

Quick commerce company Zepto plans to launch its initial public offering (IPO) within the next two to three quarters as it works towards stronger profitability. CEO Aadit Palicha also confirmed that the company will not need to file a fresh Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) before its public listing.

Jio Platforms has appointed Pankaj Pawar as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), according to media reports citing the company's draft IPO papers. Pawar, who also serves as the Managing Director of Reliance Jio Infocomm, succeeds Kiran Thomas as the company prepares for its proposed initial public offering (IPO). The leadership change comes as Jio Platforms reportedly plans to raise around $4 billion through its IPO.
