NLC India Ltd - 513683 - Offer For Sale (OFS) Of Up To 10,00,00,000 (Ten Crore) Equity Shares Of Face Value Of Rs.10 Each Held By The Company In NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL), Wholly Owned Subsidiary, As Part Of The Proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) Of NIRL, Subject To Compliance With The Applicable Provisions Of The SEBI (Issue Of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, And Other Applicable Statutory And Regulatory Requirements. The Board Had Earlier, At Its Meeting Held On 12.01.2026, Accorded In-Principle Approval For The Listing Of NIRL, Which Was Duly Intimated.
