Tata Power has successfully commissioned the second element of its Jalpura-Khurja Transmission Project in Uttar Pradesh. This includes a 400 kV double-circuit transmission line spanning 162 CKM and a 400/220 kV GIS substation with 1,000 MVA capacity, strengthening the region's power supply.

Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd (TPREL) commissioned a 100 MW solar project in Kayathar, Tamil Nadu. This milestone expands TPREL's operational capacity to over 7 GW and its total utility portfolio (operational + pipeline) to 12.3 GW. The project will generate 240.63 MUs of clean energy annually and offset 1.5 lakh tonnes of CO2.
