CESC Ltd - 500084 - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015
CESC's subsidiary, Purvah Green Power, entered a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Prism Johnson Limited for a 49.5 MW wind power project. Prism Johnson will invest up to Rs.40 crore for a 26.5% equity stake in the project company, marking CESC's entry into the C&I power supply segment.
