The company was promoted by Sri V.K. Premchand andhis associates with the object of takingup SoftwareDevelopment Training and other allied activities. Thecompany has its establishment at the Software TechnologyPark setup by the Department of Electronics Government ofIndia which ensures availability of all infrastructuralfacilities. Apart from this it has an R & D Centre in theoutskirts of Secunderabad in a three acre campus and anEducation and Training Centre in Secunderabad. Nizam''sInstitute of Medical Sciences Janapriya Diagnostic Centre(Calcutta) CDR Healthcare Ltd. Medwin Hospitals etc. Thecompany also markets software developed by other companies.The company has also got a training division to imparttraining in basics of computer programming and softwaredevelopment as well as advanced software tools andtechniques. There are at present 8 such centres establishedby the company in Andhra Pradesh. The company also hasentered into an alliance with DIGITAL Equipment Corporationand renders professional services wherever Digital is shortof resources in specific areas.
