CYBERTECH SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE LIMITED was incorporated on19th January 1995 as a Public Limited Company under theCompanies Act 1956 and the Certificate for Commencementof Business was obtained from the Registrar of CompaniesMaharashtra on 31st January 1995.The main object of the Company is to undertake softwaredevelopment for overseas market. The objects of thebusiness venture is to have a base in India which wouldenable the company to tap the Indian market for softwareprofessionals and undertake software development foroverseas clients and others.The company proposes to provide on-site technical servicesat the client''s location (basically in the U.S.A.)undertake turnkey projects and develop operations in India.The consultancy services business is identified as the corebusiness of the organisation around which all otheroperations would be structured. Since the domesticconsultancy market is still small the strategy is toconcentrate on the overseas market initially in seeking ishigh return low investment and tax free business. Thecompany plans thereafter to venture into domestic market inthe second phase.
