The Company was originally incorporated as Vertoz Media Private Limited on February 13 2012 with the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956. Subsequently the Company was converted into public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 22 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Vertoz Media Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai on June 09 2017.
