The Company was incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name “Unihealth Consultancy PrivateLimited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 and Certificate of Incorporation was issued by theRegistrar of Companies Mumbai on February 26 2010. The status of the Company was changed to publiclimited and the name of the Company was changed to “Unihealth Consultancy Limited” vide Special Resolution dated December 19 2022 and resolution of the Board dated December 05 2022. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on April 26 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U85100MH2010PLC200491.Dr. Anurag Shah and Dr. Akshay Parmar were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company.Major Events in the History of the Company :2010- Incorporation of the Company.2011- Establishes the International Patient Division in Pune.- Unihealth Center for Cosmetic Surgery and Beauty clinic is commissioned at Aamby Valley City.2012- Marks its foray into Healthcare Consultancy Services with its 1st project being Equipment Planning & Procurement Services.2013- Ethiopian Airlines Enterprises has entered into an exclusive collaboration with UniHealth to provide medical travel facilitation services as its partner2014- Registers its 100% wholly owned subsidiary in UAE to provide consultancy services.- The Company makes its entry into Mozambique.2015- Earmarks investments through acquisition of Biohealth Limited to set up radiology and dialysis centers in Tanzania.2017- Commissions UMC Victoria Hospital in Kampala by taking over the assets of the erstwhile Kadic Hospital & UMC Zhahir Hospital in Kano (Nigeria).2018- Commissions it is state-of-art 70 bed facility in Kampala (Uganda) opposite the existing UMC Victoria Hospital.2019- UniHealth Group was appointed as Project Management Consultants for PHRC Lifespace Organisation in Pune India2020- Under its flagship UMC Victoria Hospital sets up the COVID-19 treatment center in Uganda.2023- Conversion of the company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company.
