Silver Touch Technologies Limited was originally incorporated as “Silver Touch Computers Private Limited” on February 2 1995 under the Companies Act 1956 with a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Thereafter a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion of the company to public limited company in the name of the “Silver Touch Computers Limited” was granted by ROC on February 5 2004. Name of the Company was further changed to its present name Silver Touch Technologies Limited and fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by ROC on October 13 2004. Silver Touch Technologies Limited was founded in February 1995 with a view to deliver our clients with the Information Technology Solutions in the fields of system integration and software Services. Silver Touch Technologies Limited has now grown with its global clientele and now it is into multiple areas like System integration and Software Development. The Company is providing all end-to-end Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solution to its clients under a single umbrella. Initially the primary functional areas were restricted to computer sales and maintenance. Building through a long path of more than two decades presently Silver Touch is offering a variety of services in the field of Information Technology solutions to its clients. The Company has carried out several domestic and international Joint Ventures which have enabled the Company to expand its geographical reach and create diverse clientele.
