The name of the Company was changed to ‘Signatureglobal (India) Private Limited’ for undertaking real estate activities pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on January 6 2014 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 20 2014 was issued by the RoC pursuant to change of name. the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on February 14 2022 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Signatureglobal (India) Limited’.
