Our Company was originally incorporated as Sea Breeze Constructions and Investments Private Limited on February 8 1985 by Mr. Mohan Khubchand Thakur and Mrs. Desiree Mohan Thakur. In the year 1987 we became a part of the Godrej group and in the year 1989 we became a subsidiary of Godrej Industries Limited (erstwhile Godrej Soaps Limited). .We are a real estate development company based in Mumbai Maharashtra and have a presence in 10 cities in India. Currently our business focuses on residential commercial and township developments. We are a fully integrated real estate development company undertaking our projects through our in-house team of professionals and by partnering with companies with domestic and international operations.We signed up for our first project "Godrej Edenwoods" in Thane Mumbai in May 1991 and have since completed and delivered 23 projects aggregating approximately 5.13 million square feet in Mumbai Pune and Bangalore. We initially concentrated our real estate business in the Mumbai Metropolitan region and later expanded our operations to include other cities such as Pune Bangalore Kolkata and Hyderabad. Recently we have diversified into Ahmedabad Mangalore Chandigarh Chennai and Kochi.
