The Company was incorporated as “SAMHI Hotels Private Limited” on December 28 2010 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 at New Delhi with a certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. On the conversion of the Company to a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders on August 2 2019 the name was changed to “SAMHI Hotels Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 16 2019 was issued by the Registrar of Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana.Major events and milestones :2010- Incorporation of the Company2011- Initial equity investment by GTI Samhi Pte.
