Oscar Global Limited (OGL) (formerly Corning International Limited) was incorporated as part of the Oscar Group on 9th October 1990 as a Private Limited Company and was converted into Public Limited Company on October 18 1994 under the Companies Act 1956. Since inception the company has been engaged in the manufacturing and export of Leather Garments. The name of the Company was changed to Oscar Global Limited w.e.f January 2 1995. In 1990-1991 Oscar Global Limited (OGL) (formerly Corning International Limited) was set up for the manufacturing of Leather Garments with 30000 pcs. per annum. In 1993 the capacity of OGL was increased to 45000 by adding more machinery. Since inception the company has not faced any problem regarding labour or raw material as the manufacturing facility is located in the leather products manufacturing zone. The Oscar Group is running a TV manufacturing Unit in the name & style of Oscar International Limited at NOIDA Uttar Pradesh with an installed capacity of 20000 Colour TVs and 25000 B/W TVs per annum. The Group is also running a Pharmaceutical Unit in the name of Rohini Chemicals Private Limited at Sahibhabad Uttar Pradesh which is mainly engaged in the formulation of Paracetamol with an installed capacity of 480 MT per annum. In addition there is a partnership firm in the name of Oscar Exports engaged in the manufacturing trading & export of electronics items like TVs and clocks at New Delhi.PRESENT BUSINESS OGL is presently engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of Hi-Fashion Leather Garments from their rented premises located at 4866/24 Darya Ganj New Delhi. The present manufacturing capacity is 45000 Pcs. per annum.
