AgrawalFinancial Consultancy Private Limited & subsequently thename of the Company has been changed as Wellworth FinleaseLimited by passing the Special Resolution in its ExtraOrdinary General Meeting held on 15th December 1992 andcertificate to that effect was obtained from Registrar ofCompanies. Maharashtra on 25th January 1993.The Company is engaged to provide various type of financialservices such as Inter-Corporate Deposits Bill Discountingand short term deposits and consultancy services in thevarious fields including administration commercialsecretarial accounting taxation formation of companiespreparation of project feasibility reports and to act as anAdvisor/Consultant to Issues.The Company obtained Registration from SEBI for RegisteredMerchant Banker Category III to carry on the MerchantBanking Activities in the capacity of Advisors/Consultantsand Underwriters to the Issues since 1st April 1993. Aftergetting the registration the company is continuously providing the above services to its Corporate clients.PAST PERFORMANCE AND PRESENT BUSINESSThe company has been providing consultancy services in thearea of project and finance to small and medium scaleindustries syndication in inter Corporate deposit corporate consultancy issue advisory and underwritingservices in the field of Merchant Banking. At present thecompany has some Issue Advisory Assignments lined up andthe issues are expected to be launched during the lastquarter of 1994 to the middle of 1995. The Company hasstarted syndication of lease financing hire purchaseinter corporate deposits investment banking short termdeployment of corporate/trust funds and trading ofsecurities.
