The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Companyin the name and style of Kiran Syntex private Limited on21st October 1956 under the Companies Act 1956 forsetting up a unit for Dyeing of texturised and twistedpolyester yarn at Vill. Mota Borasara Dist. Surat. TheCompany''s project was financed by term loans from GujaratState Finance Corporation (GSFC). After obtaining sanctionfrom the Financial Institution on 6th April 1987 theCompany implemented its project and commercial production wasstarted on 27th August 1987.Subsequently the Company was converted into a PublicLimited Company by passing a Special Resolution at itsExtra Ordinary General Meeting on the 19th October 1992and obtained Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequentto Change of Name from the Registrar of Companies Gujaraton 12th November 1992.
