The Company became entitled to commence business on 18-11-1993 vide Certificate for Commencement of Business issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana.The core business of the company is Leasing Bill Discounting and investment in shares and securities and providing financial and management consultancy services. The Company has recently got the SEBI Registration as a Category III Merchant Bankers. The main activity of the company also includes providing Project preparation and appraisal arranging Project financing and corporate advisory services.The Company started its business with a paid up capital of Rs. 25 lacs. Within a span of 9 months of operation the company has achieved a turnover of Rs. 14.70 lacs and registering a net profits of Rs. 5.09 lacs. The Company has declared a dividend of 15% prorata in its very first year of operations.The company now diversified into merchant banking services and it is already providing project consultancy services to 4 projects. Further it has few more projects in the pipe lines for providing advisory services. The company now plans to start the business of providing underwriting support to act as managers to the issue.
