Gopal Iron and Steels Co. (Gujarat) Ltd has officially changed its name to Castora Agri Commodities Limited. This change is effective from April 28, 2026, following a regulatory order and new Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The Company was incorporated on 25th August 1994 in thename and style of Gopal Rolling Mills Pvt Ltd videcertificate of incorporation No 04-22876. The Company hassince been converted into a public limited company with achange of name to Gopal Rolling Mills Ltd vide a specialresolution dated 21st March 1995 and a fresh certificateof incorporation obtained on 29th March 1995. Subsequentlythe name of the Company has been further changed to GopalIron and Steels Company (Gujarat) Ltd vide a specialresolution dated 21st March 1995 and a fresh certificateof incorporation dated 5th April 1995 has been obtained.The Company proposes to set up facilities for manufacturingvarious Rerolling items like M.S. Beams Channels Rounds& Angles with an installed capacity of 30000 MTPA. The Company has already started some trading activities inthese products. However the Company shall discontinue itstrading activities once it starts manufacturing thesame.
