Memory Polymers Ltd was originally incorporated on 7th April''94 in the name of Memory Polymers Private Ltd Subsequently it was converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 21st November 1994 and obtained Certificate of incorporation from Registrar of Companies on 16th January 1995. The factory of the Company is situated at Annoji Guda Tehsil Ghatkesar Mandal Ranga Reddy District Andhra Pradesh. The Company is proposing to manufacture 2000 litres capacity plant of ENBUCRILATE tissue adhesive. The product which is going to be manufactured by the Company will be one of its kind in India with most modern equipment and computerised controlling systems.
