Vintage Securities Ltd. was incorporated on 18th day of July 1994and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 26thday of July 1994 from Registrar of Companies West Bengal atCalcutta.Main Objects of the CompanyThe main objects of the company as per Memorandum ofAssociation of the company are as follows:1. To act as Merchant Bankers Portfolio ManagersUnderwriters Consultants and Advisors in connection withvarious capital market instruments and to act as InvestmentConsultants and Management Advisors to Individuals FirmsCorporate bodies and other legal entities and to act asLead Managers Co-Managers to issue of shares stocksbonds Debentures Commercial papers or other securitiesetc. issued by bodies corporate other industrialundertakings Government or Semi-Government Authority orPublic Authority or Government Undertaking or Corporationand/or to undertake venture capital funding Projectfinancing Promoter Funding Funding of shares sharesstocks bonds Debentures or of the securities and to carryon the business of foreign exchange brooking dealing insecurities licences import and export entitlementcertificates scrips and other similar instruments and tooact as registrars and transfer agents of shares andsecurities.2.
