V & K Softech Limited was originally incorporated on 20th July1999 as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of theCompanies Act 1956 under the name and style "V & K SoftechPrivate Limited". Consequent to Special Resolution passed bythe members of the Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meetingheld on 18.02.2000 Company was converted to public limitedCompany under the name and style "V & K Softech Limited" andfresh certificate consequent to conversion was issued by theRegistrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh on 22nd March 2000.The signatories to the Memorandum at the time of registration ofthe Company were Shri.P.Harnath Babu and Shri.P.Venkata ShyamPrasad. Later on the Company was converted public in March2000 and M/s. Uday K Devineni Ramesh Adusumilli Mohan PrasadPolavarpu Krishna Yalamanchilli Shri. Visweswara Rao Mrs.Shanti P and Shalini D Joined the memorandum as additionalsignatories. M/s Uday Kiran Visweswara Rao and A.Ramesh joinedthe Board on 15.03.2000. M/s.Mohan Prasad Polavarapu KrishnaYalamanchilli Jagadeeswar Reddy Anjaneya Reddy joined theBoard on 22.05.2000.
