The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 14th July 1983 in the State of Maharashtra under the name Everest Televisions Private Limited. It''s name was changed to Everest Marketing Private Limited on 7th November 1985 signifying its major thrust area on ''Marketing'' considering the increasing potential in the marketing field. Later on on 23rd November 1994 the Company was converted in to Public Limited Company and name was changed to EVEREST MARKETING LIMITED.
