TOKYO FINANCE LIMITED was incorporated as a Public LimitedCompany on 22nd November 1994 with Registrar of CompaniesMaharashtra Bombay and obtained the Certificate ofCommecement of Business on 24th February 1995. The companyat present has a fund base of Rs.125 lac which has beendeployed for short term lending. There are no bad debts asof date and the income earned till November 30 1995 is Rs.13.80 lacs. The company now proposes to expand itsoperations in lending activities and to commence other fundbased activities viz. leasing bill discounting bridgefinance and investments.The company has applied to RBI for registration as NBFC. Noneof the proposed activities mentioned above requiresauthorisation/registration with any authorities/exchanges.
