The Company was originally incorporated as Shree Tirupati Balajee FIBC Private Limited at Indore Madhya Pradesh as a Private Limited Company under the provision of Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated October 21 2009 bearing Corporate Identification Number U25202MP2009PTC022526 issued by the Registrar of Companies Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh Gwalior. Subsequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in extraordinary general meeting held on May 25 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Shree Tirupati Balajee FIBC Limited vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 09 2017 issued by Registrar of Companies Gwalior. The Corporate Identification number of the Company is U25202MP2009PLC022526.Vinita Agarwal and Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.Binod Agarwal is the individual promoter of the company.
