Thename of our Company was changed to Silicon Automation Systems (India)Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent onchange of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat onOctober 13 1992. On April 20 1993 we changed our registered officefrom the State of Gujarat to the State of Karnataka. The name of ourCompany was changed to Silicon Automation Systems Limited and a freshcertificate of incorporation consequent on change of name was issued bythe RoC on December 30 1998.
