The company was incorporated as Sacheta Metals Private Limited on 17th May 1990 with Registrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad and converted into Public Limited Company vide special resolution dated 01.03.1995 and obtained fresh certificates of incorporation consequentupon change of name from ROC Gujarat on 29th March 1995. The company is engaged in manufacturing of aluminium utensils the product used as kitchenware with an installed capacity of 440 MTPA. The company has started production in 1993.
