Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name “Kasturi Metal Composite Private Limited” under the Companies Act 1956 at Amravati pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 24 2005 bearing CIN U28900MH2005PTC157553 issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. Subsequently pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 26 2023 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Kasturi Metal Composite Private Limited” to “Kasturi Metal Composite Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 19 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre.
