The Company was incorporated initially as a Private LimitedCompany in 1980. The Company''s conversion into a PublicLimited Company was effected in 1987. In 1989 IFCI andICICI took up an Equity stake of 3.90 lac Shares of theCompany. In March 1990 Rs.5 lacs of Equity Capital of theCompany were also allotted to RCTC for cash. In November1993 the Company made a Public Issue of 15.41 lac Sharesof Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.5/- per Share. Initiallythe Company''s Shares were listed on the Hyderabad(Regional) Bombay and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.Subsequently at the request of the Company the listing onthe Ahmedabad Stock Exchange was discontinued from March16 1994 as the Shares of the Company were not tradedregularly on the Exchange.
