Thereafter the main object of the company was altered by passing of special resolution by the shareholders of the company on August 19 2019 and a new CIN U35990DL2013PTC248685-was issued by ROC Delhi Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 08 2023 the Company wasconverted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ‘Oriana Power Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on April 24 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Delhi.
