The Company was originally incorporated on February 21 2013 as a Private Limited Company as “Oriana Power Private Limited” vide Registration No. 248685 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Delhi. Thereafter the main object of the company was altered by passing of special resolution by the shareholders of the company on August 19 2019 and a new CIN U35990DL2013PTC248685-was issued by ROC Delhi Subsequently pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 08 2023 the Company wasconverted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ‘Oriana Power Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on April 24 2023 by the Registrar of Companies Delhi.
