The Company was incorporated as Om Vishwakarma Furniture Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated November 13 1997 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed from Om Vishwakarma Furniture Private Limited to Omfurn India Private Limited vide shareholder’s approval on April 03 2013 and fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21 2013.
