The Company was originally incorporated as Lorenzini Apparels Private Limited on May 09 2007 with the Registrar of Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956. Subsequently the Company was converted into public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 15 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Lorenzini Apparels Limited.
