Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on June 20 2023. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on July 07 2023 by Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies Centralised Processing Centre.
