The Company was incorporated as Latent View Analytics Private Limited on January 3 2006 at Chennai Tamil Nadu as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Tamil Nadu. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the EGM held on June 18 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to Latent View Analytics Limited.
