Subsequently the company was converted into Public Limited Company vide Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 24 2021 and name of company was changed to “INSOLATIONENERGY LIMITED” pursuant to issuance of Fresh Certification of Incorporation dated February 07 2022 by Registrar of Companies Jaipur Rajasthan bearing Corporate Identification Number U40104RJ2015PLC048445.
