SWELECT Energy Systems reported Q1 FY27 consolidated PAT of Rs. 7.65 crore, a 63.8% decrease YoY. Standalone PAT, however, surged 362.5% to Rs. 18.68 crore. The company is actively investing in 110 MW IPP projects and acquiring 140 MW solar parks.

SWELECT Energy Systems approved an additional Rs.5.51 crore investment in its subsidiary, SWELECT Sunpower Plus, to set up a 5MW solar power plant in Karnataka. This investment will reduce the company's holding in Sunpower Plus from 100% to 86.10%. Separately, the previously intimated acquisition of Dexler Solar Park Phase 1 has been put in abeyance.
