Indo Cotspin Limited was incorporated on 8th of February 1995 under the Companies act 1956 having its registered office at 78th KM Stone.G.T. Road Village Jhattipur Panipat-132 103(Haryana)and certificate of commencement of Business was obtained on 8th March 1995from the Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi and Haryana.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYIndo Cotspin Limited is setting up a cotton yarn manufacturing unit at Village Jhattipur Distt. Panipat (Haryana) with installed capacity of 34.75 lac KGs. per annum. The Company being new entrant in the field may face some initial problems. However considering the promotersbackground in marketing of the product the Company does not foresee any problem in this regard. For better quality yarn production the Company will follow Open End Rotor Spinning Process which has got distinct advantage over the traditional spinning process in production of cotton yarn. The availability of cotton is dependent upon the cotton crop which in turn depends on climate. The location of the factory at Panipatis surrounded by principal cotton markets of Moga Muktsar Kotkapura and Mansa (Punjab) Sirsa Hissar Fatehabad and Tohana (Haryana) and Ganganagar (Rajasthan). Hence there is no difficulty inprocuring cotton for the unit (Source ET. Dt. 11 Nov.1994).
