Our Company was incorporated as ‘ICICI Asset Management Company Limited’ as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to the certificate of incorporation dated June 22 1993 issued by the RoC. Our Company changed its name from ‘ICICI Asset Management Company Limited’ to ‘Prudential ICICI Asset Management Company Limited’ pursuant to the Board resolution dated November 24 1997* and the Shareholders’ resolution dated March 9 1998 further to which a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 26 1998 was issued by the RoC.
