The Company was incorporated as Ram Lal Harbans Lal Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated January 02 1985 and Certificate of commencement of Business dated January 23 1985 in New Delhi.Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Hi-Tech Pipes Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 15 1986. The registered office of the company is situated at 505 Pearl Omaxe Tower Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura New Delhi-110034 India. KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY :1985-The company was incorporated as Ram Lal Harbans Lal Limited 1986-Certificate of Commencement of Business. -The name of the Company was changed to Hi-Tech Pipes Limited1988-Started Production of MS. Pipes. 1996-Started Production of Strips. 1999-Issued bonus share in the ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders 2013-Issued bonus share in the ratio of 5:1 to the shareholders 2015-Issued bonus share in the ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders -Gross Turnover of the Company crossed Rs. 500 crores. -Started production at Sanand plant Gujarat.
