Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 31 2022 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Essen Speciality Films Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 3 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
