The company was evolved by a team of professionals to providesolutions in the field of Information Technology with thephilosophy to provide integrated IT-solutions. The activitystarted with management consultancy which created the need forSoftware Development & Consultancy which carved the niche ofsupply of Hardware & Software & training as a package in theform of integrated solutions. The company was incorporated as aprivate limited company by the name of Dynacons Systems &Solutions (P.) Ltd. on 26th September 1995. The company wasconverted into a public limited company vide a specialresolution dated 30th November 1999 and the name was changed toDynacons Systems & Solutions Limited. The fresh certificateconsequent to change in name and conversion was issued by theRegistrar of Companies Maharashtra State on 28th January 2000.
