Subsequently the name of our Company was changed to "ADCC INFOCAD PRIVATE LIMITED"a vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 03 1999 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 07 2014 and the name of the Company was changed to "ADCC INFOCAD LIMITED"a vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 04 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai.
