Subsequently the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “Dhariwalcorp Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on April 01 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on May 04 2024 by Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies Centralised Processing Centre.
