Our Company was originally incorporated as “Integrated Personnel Services Private Limited” under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 22 2004 bearing Registration Number 144160 issued by Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai.
