Cochin Shipyard has issued a postal ballot notice to approve the transfer of its ISRF undertaking to a proposed 50:50 joint venture with Drydocks World. The Rs 1,800 Crores transaction will be settled with Rs 900 Crores in cash and Rs 900 Crores in JV equity.
