Ltd. the name was changed toChartered Capital and Investment Pvt. Ltd. in terms ofSpecial Resolution passed on 11th May 1992 which was approved byRegistrar of Companies Gujarat on 22nd May 1992. The Companywas converted into Public Limited Company vide Resolution dated15th October 1994 and Certificate of change of name dated 16thNovember 1994 was obtained from Registrar of Companies GujaratAhmedabad.
