Advent Hotels board has approved a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire the remaining 25% equity shareholding in BD&P Hotels for Rs.40 crores. Upon completion, BD&P Hotels, which owns the Hilton Mumbai International Airport hotel, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary.
