The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 29 1992 bearing Registration Number 04-17742 of 1992- 93 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
